- The second step was to separate each of the quarters into segments.We did this because we wanted to see the onion in the microscope.
- The third thing to do is using a scalpel,cut off a small piece of the onion.We didi this because we wanted to take a little piece of the onion.
- Then we had to using a pair of forceps for remove the thin inner-skin.
- Next we using a dissection needleds,carefully place the speciment flat on your slide.
- After that,we using a dropper to colour the onion skin on your slide.We did this to see the cell better.
- Next we place the speciment on the micriscope stage,and we had see the speciment.

- After that we separeted each of the quarters into segments, because we needed even smaller piece of onion.
- The third thing we did was to use a scalpel, put off a small piece of the onion. Because we wanted only inner-skin.
- The fourth thing we didwas to use a pair of forceppess, and remove the thin inner-skin. Because we needed only inner-skin for the experiment.
